We operate primarily in accordance with the latest version of the Allgemeinen Deutschen Spediteursbedingungen 2016 — ADSp 2016 - (German Freight Forwarders' General Terms and Conditions 2016). In case a Bill of Lading/Seawaybill is issued, the Bill of Lading/Seawaybill conditions take precedence over the ADSp 2016. Please note: The ADSp 2016 are further limiting the statutory limit of liability contained in Section 431 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) of 8,33 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram (SDR/kg) to Euro 1 Million per claim or to Euro 2 Million per event respectively to 2 SDR/kg whatever may be higher.
